Only 2-3kg of cleaning masterbatch can clean the injection molding machine with a clamping force of 80 tons for one color change, and the color change time is reduced by 20-30 minutes. Whenever changing colors and materials, a large amount of raw materials need to be wasted to remove the color. If the screw and barrel are worn, it will be more difficult to clean, especially when converting transparent injection molding materials. The color point affects the quality of the finished product and the number of defective products increases, which is time-consuming, material-consuming and increases production costs.
In the use of EVA, if the barrel cleaning agent is not added, it takes 20 molds to clean the barrel. If the barrel cleaning agent is added, only 7 molds are needed to clean it, which can save about two-thirds of time and materials.
2. Usage:
First, mix the raw materials with our company's screw cleaning agent in a 1:1 ratio and remove the raw materials in the molding machine. Reduce the motor speed and inject the evenly mixed raw materials into the plastic machine. When the mixed raw materials are naturally discharged under the action of back pressure, perform another injection when they are almost completely discharged.
