TPU material for gloves

What are the advantages of TPU environmentally friendly gloves over ordinary gloves?
1. TPU gloves are softer, more elastic and tougher than ordinary PE plastic gloves, and can reach 0A at the lowest.
2. The embossing is finer, not piercing, soft and tender, and not slippery.
3. Easier to wear, good adhesion, and softer fisting.

Polyurethane processing temperature reference
1. TPU (polyurethane) needs to be dehumidified and dried before processing. The dehumidification process is determined by the dehumidification equipment.
A Ordinary oven or drying hopper: 90A3-4 hours are required for hardness below 85 degrees, and 100A3-4 hours are required for dehumidification above 85 degrees, except for special grades.
B Dehumidification dryer: 90A2-3 hours for hardness below 85 degrees, and 100 degrees for 2-3 hours for hardness above 85 degrees.
2 TPU (polyurethane) product secondary tempering and aging treatment: depending on the properties and hardness of the material, the material supplier will provide TDS, which will have the relevant post-aging treatment temperature.
