In silicone rubber 110-2, when the amount of color masterbatch added is 10% (weight percentage PWC), the surface resistance of the product is 103~104Ω; When the addition amount is ~15% (PWC), the surface resistance of the product is 101~102Ω; When the addition amount is 20% (PWC), the surface resistance of the article is 30Ω. The volume resistivity is 100~101Ω. cm。
3. In linear polyethylene (LLDPE), when the amount of color masterbatch added is 10% (weight percentage PWC), the surface resistance of the product is 103~104Ω; In polyethylene (LDPE), when the addition amount is 10%, the surface resistance of the product is 104~105Ω;
4. In polypropylene (PP), when the amount of addition is 5~8%, the surface resistance of the product is 104~105Ω; In polyvinyl chloride (PVC), when the amount of color masterbatch added is ~15% (PWC), at 150 °C and two-roller mixing for 10 minutes, the surface resistance of PVC products is 103~104Ω; When the addition amount is ~25% (PWC), the surface resistance of PVC products is less than 100Ω.
