Secondly, the qualified masterbatch must have good stability, that is, the change of color, degree and oil pumping must be within the allowable range; Its color must be of high purity, the degree of all components must be close, and the amount of oil pumping and air allowance must be close.
Third, the specific surface area of the masterbatch should be as large as possible to reduce solvent consumption as much as possible, but its particle size must be guaranteed to be uniform and not contain too many large particle sizes.
Finally, the activity of masterbatches must be high, can form good adhesion and penetration, and the requirements for pigment discoloration, fading and light fastness must be higher than that of general architectural paints. Its water resistance and weak acid resistance stability must also meet the requirements, otherwise color difference or fading will occur.
