1. Application of masterbatch in packaging film: plastic film due to soft, transparent, performance due to metal and paper its composite film can meet the barrier of various materials, and small density can reduce the weight of packaging for easy transportation, but also has a certain strength and aesthetics, so plastic packaging materials have replaced traditional packaging materials. Masterbatches are used in large amounts in polyethylene blow film. According to different resins using different processing conditions, the total requirements for their masterbatches are good dispersion, less impurities, no discoloration, and bright color.
2. Application of color masterbatch in cast composite film: cast film has the characteristics of good plasticization, flat surface and good mechanical strength. Its processing temperature is high, so the pigments used in masterbatches are required to have good heat resistance and do not migrate.
3. Application of color masterbatch in blister sheet: the main color of blister products is transparent and all kinds of white, but there are also a small amount of ivory yellow, coffee and other masterbatches in the blister sheet requires uniform dispersion, no impurities and moisture.
4. Application of masterbatch in packaging containers (hollow blow molding): Masterbatches used in hollow blow molding process should consider their processing and application, and special attention should be paid to the dispersion, heat resistance, chemical resistance, light resistance, toxicity and other properties of pigments.
5. Application of masterbatch in foam molding process: the process such as direct pigment coloring, foaming will produce a large number of pores on the surface of the product to affect the value of the product, and a large number of masterbatches have been used, becoming a new category of masterbatch application. In the process of use, pay attention to the dispersion of the masterbatch, and there can be no impurities in the masterbatch.
6. Application of color masterbatch in injection molding process: various plastics have different molding temperatures, so the pigments in the masterbatch are also different. In the use of injection molding, attention should be paid to the dispersion of masterbatches, and a carrier with good compatibility should be used.
