The full name of Color Master Batch is called masterbatch, also known as color species, which is a new type of special colorant for polymer materials, also known as pigment preparation. Masterbatches are mainly used in plastics. Masterbatch is composed of pigment or dyes, carrier and additives three basic elements, is the super-constant amount of pigment uniformly attached to the resin and the aggregate is prepared, can be called pigment concentration (Pigment Concentration), so its coloring strength is higher than the pigment itself. During processing, a small amount of color concentrate and uncolored resin are mixed to achieve the design pigment concentration of the coloring resin or product.
