XLPE/XLPO is refined from high molecular weight ethylene, ethylene octene copolymer, ethylene wax vinyl ester copolymer,
metallocene ethylene, flame retardant, crosslinking agent, and processing aid. The irradiated crosslinked polyolefin insulation material has the characteristics of radiation resistance, flame retardancy, low temperature resistance, wear resistance, good electrical insulation, good aging resistance, high temperature resistance, oil resistance, and easy processing. Its appearance is foggy and can be widely used as insulation layer for various high-temperature electronic wires and insulation or protective layer for high-voltage wires of electric vehicles, such as power cables, lighting cables, control cables, etc.
