Processing process of filling masterbatch

The carrier resin used in the first generation of polyolefin filler masterbatch (APP masterbatch) is domestic random polypropylene (actually the production of polypropylene by-products), the processing technology is: mixing - open refining pull tab - water-cooled pelletizing, for intermittent production, the equipment used is mixer, open mill and plate pelletizer.
The second-generation polyolefin filler masterbatch is LDPE (1F7B) as the carrier resin, and the masterbatch produced is called PEP masterbatch. The process must adopt a single screw extruder with a special design with a large length-diameter ratio and high mixing performance to obtain better results.
The filling masterbatch with polypropylene powder as the carrier, that is, PPM masterbatch is called the third generation of filling masterbatch in China. Generally, the method of using polypropylene and polyethylene blends as carrier resins will be very good. The product not only maintains the characteristics and scope of use of PPM masterbatch, but also adopts the die-faced hot cutting air-cooling process, which improves production efficiency and reduces raw material costs.
