Differences at different price levels
1. Low-priced masterbatches
Low-priced masterbatches are generally of poor quality because they usually use cheap raw materials and processes, and the production cost is relatively low. These masterbatches have low color saturation, large color difference, high instability, and are prone to color difference, bubbles and other problems during processing.
2. Mid-priced masterbatches
Mid-priced masterbatches are better than low-priced masterbatches because they use better raw materials and technology and have relatively high production costs. These masterbatches have high color saturation, small color difference, and correspondingly better stability, but for plastic products with high color and stability requirements, better quality masterbatches are still needed.
3. High-priced masterbatches
High-priced masterbatches generally use better raw materials and technology for production. These masterbatches are of very good quality, with high color saturation, small color difference, strong stability, and no color distortion, bubbles and other problems during processing. These high-quality masterbatches can also save production costs and ensure the stability of product quality when used.
